Rob Lea wins the first episode of Starstruck!

The new ITV series Starstruck gets its first winner as Rob Lea from Team Freddie heads to the final to compete for a £50,000 prize. Team Freddie, Team Marvin, Team Ariana and Team Ga Ga battled it out to win a spot in the final on ITV's new singing competition, but it was Team Freddie that won the hearts of the judges.

Actor, musician and stay at home Dad Rob Lea took to the stage with Team Freddie on Saturday 12th February for the first episode of ITV's brand new singing competition Starstruck.

"Getting through to the finals of Starstruck is unbelievable. I remember thinking Marvin Gaye, Lady Ga Ga, Ariana Grande, they couldn't have picked harder competition. These are some of the biggest voices in the music business! I think you can tell by the shock on my face that I wasn't expecting it and I am so grateful to everyone who voted me through." Rob reflects on winning the first episode of Starstruck.

As Rob Lea takes the first spot in Starstruck's grand final, the nation waits eagerly to watch who else will be joining him as the series continues every Saturday night at 8:30pm on ITV and ITV Hub.
