Stop What You're Doing - Rob Lea

Almost a year after multi-faceted artist Rob Lea unveiled his debut single ‘Reflection’, Rob has released his debut EP ‘Stop What You’re Doing.’ Applauded for his eclectic mix of music influences, Rob brings 5 songs that take the listener on a journey from killer rock riffs, to soaring Summer pop vibes, to nostalgic and daring combinations and finishing with a powerful and emotive ballad.

“I love music of all kinds and I love how music can take the listener through all the colours that life throws at you. I’m so excited for people to hear this EP. I think when they hear the music together, they will get what I’m trying to do, which is to take them on a journey of some of the highs and lows of life. Ultimately, I want people to know they are not alone.” Rob Lea

‘Stop What You’re Doing’ is set to release on all digital platforms on 3rd March 2023 and as a celebration Rob plans to give away 1000 signed copies for FREE over the coming weeks.

ABOUT ROB LEA

Rob Lea is a Blackpool-based/Leeds-born artist who made a name for himself across our TV screens early 2022 when he competed in the ITV talent show Starstruck hosted by Olly Murs. Rob Lea transformed himself into Freddie Mercury for the show, something he’s no stranger to doing as the frontman of Queen Tribute Band, Majesty, who are one of the UK's premiere touring Queen tribute bands, performing at UK and international theatres and festivals.

After an incredible year with a huge UK theatre tour, headline slots at festivals around the world, a debut US tour and several shows across northern Europe, not to mention releasing four singles, Rob is ready to show the world he’s here to stay.

Rob is quickly become the first major success story from the fledging ITV series Starstruck. He has earned increasing support from outlets such as the Daily Star, Earmilk, Mundane Magazine, Yorkshire Evening Post and The Blackpool Gazette as well as a growing fan base currently heading into tens of thousands across his social channels.

‘STOP WHAT YOU’RE DOING’ is available to buy on CD and available on all streaming platforms. To purchase a copy head to the ROB LEA SHOP
